Challenge

PCI Compliance deadline within a highly complex environment
 As a leading retailer and Level 1 merchant, Charlotte Russe must comply with Payment Card Industry (PCI) Data Security Standard (DSS) requirements, a set of security standards developed by the Payment Card Industry Security Standards Council for businesses handling payment cards. With a tight compliance deadline and new PCI driven requirements to meet, Charlotte Russe needed someone with project and program management expertise to lead and manage a suite of complex network infrastructure, security monitoring and compliance tool implementations to not only meet PCI regulations, but also to enhance cardholder data security and information security practices.
